Show Day / SeriousPlay Games
Terms of service
Last updated: October 11, 2026
These terms cover your use of the Show Day game and this website, provided by SeriousPixel, LLC, doing business as SeriousPlay Games. Please read them along with our privacy policy. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the game or website.
1. The game and its development status
Show Day is a concert-production simulation currently in development. Screenshots and feature descriptions show development work and may change. This website does not offer a purchase, reserve a copy, or promise a release date, platform, price, or future expansion. Any future paid offering will have its own clearly presented purchase conditions.
2. Permission to play
When we make a version available to you, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable permission to use that version for personal, non-commercial entertainment, subject to these terms and any access conditions provided with it. You may not redistribute the game, sell access to it, or extract and redistribute its music, artwork, or other assets without permission, except where applicable law or a separate license allows it.
You may share your own gameplay screenshots or footage to discuss or review the game, subject to third-party rights and platform rules. This does not grant a separate license to distribute the soundtrack. Do not imply that your content is an official release or endorsement.
3. Play responsibly
Do not use the site or game to break the law, interfere with other users’ access, compromise hosting systems, or evade access restrictions. If you report a problem, do not send content that infringes another person’s rights or includes information you are not entitled to share.
If you are not old enough to agree to these terms where you live, use the game only with permission and supervision from a parent or guardian.
4. A simulation, not professional instruction
The game simplifies real production equipment, schedules, loads, electrical systems, special effects, and safety procedures. It does not provide professional certification, equipment operating instructions, or permission to perform real-world production work. Do not rely on game behavior for real-world safety decisions.
5. Saves and creative work
The current game stores progress and creative programs locally in your browser. You are responsible for keeping backups of work you want to retain. Browser clearing, device loss, storage limits, software changes, or development updates may affect your saves. Local exports and replays are not a hosted storage service.
Your original contributions remain yours to the extent you hold rights in them. Editing a cue, shot program, or timing label does not transfer ownership of the underlying game, music, characters, or other studio or third-party material.
6. Intellectual property and links
Show Day, its design and supplied assets are owned by SeriousPixel, LLC or their respective rights holders. Original music is by The Pixel Pulse Players. Third-party software and fonts remain subject to their own licenses. Nothing in these terms overrides permissions granted by those licenses.
External sites are operated independently. We are not responsible for their content, availability, or separate terms.
7. Availability and limitations
We work to make the game reliable, but development builds may contain errors and the service may be interrupted, changed, or discontinued. To the extent permitted by law, the game and site are provided as available, without guarantees of uninterrupted operation or compatibility with every device.
To the extent permitted by law, SeriousPixel, LLC is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the game or site. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
8. Changes and contact
We may update these terms as the game develops. The date above identifies the current version. Material changes will be identified with the updated terms; please review them when using a new version. If a provision cannot be enforced, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
